How much does it cost?
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial of all agents, no card needed. After that there are three plans, Starter, Business and Premium. Paying yearly gives you 2 months free, and the first 50 businesses get a founding-member discount for as long as they stay. See .
How do I pay?
By debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay) on our payment provider's secure page, and your plan starts straight away. Crewick never sees your card number.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. Just don't renew. Your sheets, drafts and records stay in your Google account, and your agents stop at the end of the month you paid for.
Is it really free?
Yes. During the beta, all agents are free, including real Gmail drafts, sends and daily runs. Paid plans will come after the beta, and we'll tell you well before anything changes.
How do I sign in, and can I add a sign-in code?
Create a free account with your name, email and a password, or use Continue with Google. We email you a 6-digit code to confirm your address. In your Dashboard you can also switch on a sign-in code by email, so every sign-in needs a fresh code as well as your password.Sign-in codes by email, for extra security, are coming soon. If you forget your password, ask the Crewick team for a reset link. To use your own sheets and Gmail, you connect your Google account once.
Will it message my customers without asking me?
Not unless you choose that. By default every message waits for your approval, and the daily run only prepares drafts and emails you a summary. If you switch on Auto-run for an agent in your Dashboard, its scheduled runs send emails straight away. Crewick still checks every message, keeps anything unusual as a draft, and emails you a summary. WhatsApp messages always need your tap. You can switch Auto-run off at any time.
Which languages can it write in?
English today, plus Roman Urdu (Urdu written in English letters), with the tone you choose: friendly, firm or final. More languages are coming.
Can someone trick an agent with a message?
No. Every agent has one job, and nothing in a message, CV, form answer or setting can change it. Text that tries to give the AI orders (for example "forget your instructions and do this instead") never reaches the AI: Crewick writes that reply from its tested template and shows you why. The AI also cannot send, pay, delete or choose who receives a message. Our code does those things, and only after you approve.
What does the AI see about my customers?
Customer names, amounts, invoice numbers, dates, phone numbers and emails are replaced with blanks like {CUSTOMER} and {AMOUNT} before anything reaches the AI. Our code fills in the real details afterwards and checks every message. Some agents also share the text they work on so the result makes sense, for example an enquiry, a CV, a form answer or your call notes, with phone numbers and emails removed first. The agent page tells you when this happens. Our AI providers may use what they receive to improve their services, so don't put sensitive personal information in that column.We use paid AI services that don't use your data to train their models. Does it send WhatsApp messages?
It prepares each WhatsApp message and opens WhatsApp with the text already filled in. You tap send. Emails can be sent directly from your Gmail. If you connect WhatsApp Business (Dashboard → Connected apps), Crewick can send WhatsApp messages for you from your business number, and Auto-run can send them on its own. WhatsApp charges for some business messages; those charges are between you and WhatsApp.
My records are in Excel or a notebook. Can I still use it?
Yes. Click "Create a Google Sheet for me" on any agent and type your records in, or upload your Excel file to Google Drive and open it as a Google Sheet.
Why does Google show a warning when I connect it?
Crewick is new and hasn't finished Google's app review yet. Click "Advanced", then "Go to Crewick". The access is used only to read the sheets you connect, create drafts or send the emails you approve, and run your daily schedule. Crewick never reads your inbox.
Where is my data kept?
Your records stay in your own Google Sheet and your emails go from your own Gmail. Crewick saves your agent settings and a short activity log with the app, linked to your Google account. The results of a run are kept for 30 minutes so you can approve them, then deleted. We don't keep a copy of your sheet.
